1、下载烧录工具：http://www.openluat.com/Product/file/800/fpdnload_GPS_20180125_VIB.rar

2、下载gps固件：http://www.openluat.com/Product/file/800/GK9501_Release_GB_1.4_20180224_115200.bin

3、解压烧录工具，运行fpupgrade.exe，按照下图配置
